Participating in Rumba Rewards
All users, guests or customers who create an account, automatically earn, accrue and retain points after placing an order. All users accept these terms and conditions and must create a customer account in order to redeem Rumba Points and apply referral discounts. The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Once joining the program, Rumba Points will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the Rumba Points expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Rumba Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. The value of the Rumba Rewards program is dependent on a number of factors, such as: (1) operating expenses related to maintaining the program, (2) marketing expenses to run the program, (3) the difference in revenue generated by offering the discount versus paying full-price, (4) long term value of the Rumba Rewards program member as compared to a general Rumba Doll customer, and (5) overall customer retention or loyalty.
Leaving Rumba Rewards Program
You may choose to leave the Rumba Rewards program at any time by sending an email to rumbadolllures@gmail.com or calling us at (985) 240-1049. If you leave the rewards program, any unused Rumba Points will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning Rumba Points
Rumba Points are earned when you paid for an order or through other non-sale activities identified in the Rumba Rewards Program. The redemption value is the “money value” that Rumba Points hold. Essentially, it is the value of the Rumba Point currency converted into dollars. Rumba Points are not earned for discounts, shipping or tax charges, only from the product value. Rumba Points expire two years after earning.

On Rumbadoll.com, click on either the Rewards floating button or the Rumba Rewards menu navigation link to see your available balance.
Bonus Reward Promotions
At times, we may have special offers where you can earn bonus Rumba Points. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra Rumba Points!
Product Returns and Rumba Points
If you return an item, we deduct the Rumba Points earned on that item from your balance. If you used the Rumba Points and your balance is less than the deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great fishing products for less. Rumba Doll reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their Rumba Points balance if Rumba Doll determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Rumba Doll's sole discretion.
Termination Option
Rumba Doll reserves the right to cancel the Rumba Rewards program at any time which will unfortunately expire all earned Rumba Points. Rumba Doll reserves the right to change, modify or eliminate Rumba Rewards or all or any portion of these terms and conditions or any policy pertaining to Rumba Rewards at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the benefits or change the expiration date of Rumba Points received under Rumba Rewards, merge Rumba Rewards with another rewards program, or to adjust how Rumba Points are earned, calculated or redeemed. It is possible that you may be unable to receive enough Rumba Points to redeem a discount code if we discontinue Rumba Rewards or merge Rumba Rewards into another rewards program. If we make changes, we will post the amended terms and conditions to https://rumbadoll.com/pages/rumba-rewards-terms-and-conditions and update the “Effective Date” above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended terms and conditions will be effective immediately and your continued participation in Rumba Rewards after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms and conditions, you must stop participating in Rumba Rewards.
