The best sized fixed blade knife, the Short KA-BAR performs as well as the larger original (KA1217) but is a more practical size for camping, carrying and general utility. Offered in the traditional leather combination (leather handle, leather sheath)/. All Short KA-BARS feature 5 1/4" blades. Overall length, 9 1/4". Oval shaped handles for comfort. Powder coated, high carbon steel blades. Powdered metal butt caps, carbon steel guards, both powder coated. Sheath included.
